industrial filter bag for dust collector
Polyester(PET/PE/PES) filter bag is the main filter material in bag
filter.use world-class nonwovens needling technology to carve and
lay up polyester staple fiber, then needle the finely woven fabric
and evenly distributed fabric into felt. The filter media has
strong strength, good resilience, stable fabric size, good abrasion
resistance, large porosity, good air permeability, long service
life and good dedusting filtration.Below 130 degree C It has good
mechanical, acid and alkali resistance properites.
Polyester needle felt is the most cost-effective medium at low
temperature.
Compared with the general woven filter, polyester needling dust
filter bag has the following advantages:
1. Large porosity and good air permeability improved the load
capacity of the equipment and reduce the pressure and energy
consumption.
2.Huge dust removal efficiency and low emission. The experimental
results that the efficiency of filtering 325 mesh slide stone
powder (diameter of 7.5 um) can reach 99.9-99.99%, the gas emission
is much more lower than national standard.
3. Finishes by hot set, singe, PTFE membrane, glazed.
Smooth surface and easy cake release,the service life is generally
1 ~ 5 times longer than woven filter cloth.
4.Chemical stability, not only good at high temperature gas
filtration, but also suitable for acid and alkali including erosive
gas.
Application:
Polyester filter media is widly used in cement grinding process,
wood processing factory, smelting factory and other industries at
the temperature lower than 130degree C.
Durling the processing of dust collector, if the gas or dust
contain to much moisture and oil, including hygroscopicity, easy
deliquescence dust, the surface of the filter bags may generate
water or oil film and increase adhesion, although this will help to
collect the dust, but will make cleaning difficult. Especially in
the conditions with high temperature and high humidity, the
condensation phenomenon caused by the external gas cooling effect.
It can not only make the dust in the bag surface fouling or
blockage, but also corrosion of structural materials, the dust
running resistance increased, directly affects the normal operation
of bag filter. In order to apply the special working conditions,
prevent or mitigate dust bag pasting phenomenon, we need to do some
improvements to make the work efficiency and extend service life of
filter media.
